Terms & Conditions

  • Catering: The Regency caters all food, snacks, and drinks for the any event being hosted. Regular wares and cutlery are all included in the rental cost.
  • Additional Staff: The Regency provides a number of staff to work your event. Any additional will be outsourced and will incur a cost.
  • Amenities: All amenities including sound equipment are included in the rental cost.
  • Closing Time: The closing time for Conferences and meetings is 9 PM. The closing time for weddings or parties is 12 AM.
  • Music: Music for any event must be turned off by 11:50 PM.
  • Damages: Any damages to the hall while being rented will be charged to the host’s account.
